It’s east to forget that New York is a coastal port city, but the lighthouses in the city can be a good reminder.
The Blackwell Island Lighthouse is at the north end of Roosevelt Island (Formerly Blackwell Island then Welfare Island)
The Little Red Lighthouse is under the George Washington Bridge in Manhattan
There are a few others as well, but these are the most picturesque in my opinion.
